Set on the bustling and stunning Broadway of Leigh on Sea, EPA were instructed to undertake a full Stage 4 structural and civil engineering design for the erection of a new structure facilitating 15No residential apartments & 4No commercial units at ground floor level. Working alongside both our Client: SJT Developments, and local Architects Scene, EPA were able to see the project through from design to construction stage.
