Practice

Edward Parsley Associates is a practice specializing in architectural design and structural engineering for residential and commercial projects. With a focus on historic buildings and high-end design, attention to detail, understanding of the buildings, and passion for design are key to our work.

Established over 45 years ago, EPA has evolved into a multidisciplinary practice offering full architectural, structural, and civil engineering services in-house. Our talented team brings a depth of knowledge and expertise to their specialist fields, and our passion for what we do is evident throughout our work.

Located in the heart of the Essex Countryside, our team benefits from a beautiful working environment and a direct connection to the surrounding landscapes. This peaceful environment is essential for our team's health and well-being, allowing creativity to thrive within our practice.

Our team shares a strong bond through our shared passion for our work, and we regularly share ideas and knowledge with each other. Although each project has an assigned project manager, our design ideas come from a process of analysis, understanding, critique, and development from the whole team.

Every client has a unique brief, and each site or building has a distinct character. We approach each project on an individual basis to ensure that these qualities are carefully considered in our designs. We understand the commitment and significant investment our clients make in their projects, so we work closely with them and keep them fully engaged throughout the process.

At EPA, we love what we do, and our passion for our work is reflected in everything we do. We are always excited about the next client and project that comes through our door.
