Structural and civil engineering designs for a new apartment complex and full underground carpark in Brentwood.

Brescia House located adjacent to the busy high street in the centre of Brentwood boasted the introduction of a new apartment complex incorporating 15No residential apartments, facilitating a full underground carpark section. EPA were instructed to undertake a full Stage 4 structural and civil engineering design for the entire project. Working alongside both our Client: SJT Developments, and local Architects: RHA Ancanthus, EPA were able to see the project through from design to construction stage.
